What are Wine Futures?
Consider them a chance to taste wines early and get a nice discount in
advance of their release. Shinn Estate is offering an exclusive opportunity
for tasting barrel samples of their upcoming vintages with hors d'oeuvres,
cheese plates & homemade stew. The owners are former owners of Home
Restaurant, so expect a delicious spread!
Attendees will get to taste a wine variety of Shinn Estates newly vinted
2012 whites and yet to be bottled 2011 reds.

2011 Estate Merlot, 2011 Red Blend, 2011 Wild Bordeaux, 2011 Cabernet Franc,
2011 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2011 9 Barrels
WHITES
2012 First Fruit (Sauvignon Blanc), 2012 Chardonnay, 2012 Coal Escense and
2012 Rose

Two 1 hour sessions of guided wine & olive oil pairings featuring Martha
Clara Vineyards Wines and artisanal olive oils from The Crushed Olive.
Sessions are offered at 1 and 2:30 pm.
$30 per person. $20 for Wine Club Members. Price per session.

Long Island Winter Wine Fest- Jazz on The Vine!

Wine and Jazz is a smooth pairing! And for six weekends, visitors can visit
participating wineries and sit back with a glass of wine and listen to some
very cool music! This is also a great time to discover new wine releases and
